CoreSight support boosts CEVA+ARM debug

DSP DesignLine

Santa Jose, CA — CEVA, Inc today announced it has adopted ARM's Embedded Trace Macrocell (ETM) technology for its CEVA-X and CEVA-TeakLite-III DSP cores. The enhanced trace support enables simultaneous tracing of ARM and CEVA DSP processors through a single CoreSight Trace Funnel trace port. This capability gives designers of multicore systems a synchronized view of the ARM and DSP, greatly improving system visibility and easing debugging.
